Michel

1. My title at Album is Art Director.
2. People call me Mitchell, or Michael, but actually my name sounds more like Michelle – it’s French, even though I’m not.
3. I am therefore I think . . . or is it the other way around?
4. I love my beautiful wife Mila, the way she sings, my daughter Giulia and every little thing about them. Also love life, design, music and watching movies.
5. I always check to see if the toothpaste has its cap back on. Interesting enough, there isn’t an app for that.
6. I never know what to say on these questionnaires. I think I am doing okay.
7. I read Wired, Engadget, Gizmodo and any good book I can get my hands on. (At this moment: “Designing for the Web” by  Mark Boulton.
8. I watch Fringe, Heroes, Lie to Me, The Office, The Colbert Report and almost every movie that comes out.
9. My family includes my wife Mila and my daughter Giulia living with me in California. And in Brazil, my mom, my 3 sisters, my grandma and my dad.
10. My favorite food is “Frango com Catupiry” and almost all good Italian foods.
11. My worst habit guessing the end of the movie while still in the middle.
12. I dream of being able to fly back and forth to Brazil in the blink of an eye. Beam me up, Scotty?
13. Websites I visit Smashing Magazine, Engadget, Tuaw, A List Apart and many more that I have collected for years on my Google Reader.
14. People who inspire me: Stefan Sagmeister, Mark Boulton, Andy Clarke, Andy Budd, Shaun Inmann, Jeffrey Zeldman, Doug Bowman, Green Day’s Billy Joe, Johne Lennon, my mom and a lot more people.
15. Things I can’t live without: my wife, my daughter, my guitar, my computer, my iPhone and actually a lot more stuff.
